TIM CODD

Parent

Tim has over 25 years of executive experience in the healthcare industry. He began his corporate life in the pharmaceutical industry, and has since participated in many other industries including public sector, insurance, and manufacturing. During this time, however, he has kept his focus on the Healthcare sector and continues to provide consulting services to some of the largest healthcare stakeholders in Country. Recently, he has directed his resources on emerging and transformational technologies to revolutionize the healthcare and wellness industry.

Tim is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Morgan Bradley, LLC, IT management and consulting firm headquartered in Brighton, Michigan. Established in August 2004, Morgan Bradley specializes in health care interoperability, transactions and the management of data; providing services to a wide variety of industries.

He is also the Founder and Parent of myNutratek, LLC, a multi-dimensional, web-base platform that tracks and responds to an individual nutritional choices, fitness activities and sleep patterns.

Tim attended Gogebic Community College and 1983 Graduate from Lake Superior State University, where he majored in Business Administration and Marketing. He lives in Brighton, Michigan with his wife Lisa, and their 5 children, Morgan, Kasey, Aleksandra, T-Bone and Tucker.

Sean brings with him 20+ years of experience working within both large and small corporate settings, effectively developing, managing, and implementing Information Technology and eCommerce solutions. He has a keen understanding for the processes and measurements associated with technology development, from cradle to grave.

Over the years Sean went on to work for a variety of industries including automotive, military, manufacturing, banking, insurance and advertising. At each he increased his knowledge and understanding for communication technologies, especially those associated with B2B and B2C systems. His curriculum vitae includes the following companies:

BILL RYAN

President, Ryan Marketing Group Technologies

Bill Ryan is President of Ryan Marketing Group Technologies, a marketing and project management company. Since 1993 the organization has played a major role in technology management for the NCAA Men and Women’s Division I Basketball Championships. Ryan was executive director of the Detroit Local Organizing Committee for the 2008 Men’s Division I Basketball Midwest Regional and the 2009 NCAA Final Four®. He served as technical chair for the 2004 FINA World Swimming Championships, and was a technical consultant to the 2005 Solheim Cup and the 2002 FIBA Men’s World Basketball Championship. The company operates out of Grand Rapids, Michigan where Bill also serves on the board of directors for the West Michigan Sports Commission and presently is chairman of the Transplant Games of America.
